Pre-Order Information

Pre-Orders and item availability time frame are rough estimates given to us by the manufacturer and may change depending on both manufacturer delay or shipping delays. 

Should any items become un-fullfillable due to manufacturer cancellation or stocking error, all pre-order deposits will be refunded!

Otherwise, deposits (20% of full item price) are generally NOT REFUNDABLE.
*When paid in full, 100% of shipping paid will be refunded along with 80% of item price.

Pre-orders are generally grouped to release Months. Items release in the same month can usually be shipped together and items will be shipped once ALL items within one order are available for that month. So if you'd like to receive certain items early, or as soon as they come in, please make them on separate orders!

Pre-order items that release in separate months will be charged separate shipping as they will be shipped out separately as they release!
